Ran out gas put gas in it still wont start
If you run out of gas in this truck it will quickly destroy a fuel pump, the electric pump is located inside the gas tank, it is tiny and to do its job it uses the gasoline it is immersed in for cooling, if you run the tank below 1/8 tank level the pump is going to run hot, if you run out of gas the pumps rotor bearings get very hot and if the pump gets hot enough the rotor seizes up. Also when you run out of gas it takes more than 1 gallon to get the pump to prime again, 3 gallons minimum is the least amount. The bottom line here is that you will more than likely need to pull the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump.
What causes the torque converter not to cut in on
the torque converter isnt locking up, if it doesnt lock then it just spins causing the transmission to slip and heat to build. it sounds like you may be looking at a rebuild soon. i suggest going with suncoast transmissions, its what i have in my pulling truck.

The little vents (or flaps) inside the heater system are stuck, broken, lost power (they're vacuum motors).Have them check or replace.Issue can be with either a stuck or broken door, a bad solenoid or vacuum line. You'd have to take apart the Unit to gain access to these parts.

Their is a fault with the electronics on one of the vehilces electrical circuits. This will bring up the malfunction indicator light, you will need to see a dealer with an electronics reader to find out what this fault code is meaning. Most dealers will read it for free, and then charge for the repair from that point. If it was a false code they will also reset it for free. OR you can even hire a fault code reader from an automotive parts store and read it yourself. If it is an orange light, just get it to a dealer when you are able to. If it is a red light, avoid driving it and get to a dealer ASAP. this will prevent any further possible electrical damage and any other mechanical damage from what ever the fault maybe. Also, their is a safety issue if the fault is relating to a safety feature of the car. It is hard to pin point an exact fault and exact cost. Cost will vary with the type of fault. Once repaired, the dealer will be able to reset the light for you. This may have nothing to do with being hooked up to the machine and/or anyhting to do with the 4wd system

Sounds like a voltage spike or sugre that is possibly constant. Probably thru the speed sensor/s. take it to a garae and have it checked with a computer. most places do this for free. If the computer is reading the same as the dash, then I would say it is the speed sensor. If the computer reads ) mph, then the dash has shorted. The dash itself is a computer also.

A p0700 is a general tranny code you need to have a scan of the tranny to find out what is wrong it will be electrical but needs a complete scan most of the time trany shops have a free diagnostic, this should also show up the p0735 number which is the 5th gear incorrect ratio so its more than likely to be an electrical rather than a mechanical fault....hope this helps

If you have one, it's located under the drivers side of the cab on the inner rail part of the frame.<p>
Now some of these do not have one. Call the dealer. He'll need your VIN number. Some came without a fuel filter.
