I have 2 codes that

A p0700 is a general tranny code you need to have a scan of the tranny to find out what is wrong it will be electrical but needs a complete scan most of the time trany shops have a free diagnostic, this should also show up the p0735 number which is the 5th gear incorrect ratio so its more than likely to be an electrical rather than a mechanical fault....hope this helps

When brake, rear lights alternate up and down like

You have a broken wire or a tail light wire shorting with the brake light wires. More than likely you will find the problem in the trailer wiring. The brake lights power is backfeeding through the tail light wiring.

Did the battery need to be jumped before this problem or disconnected? You may need the computer reset at your local repair place. normally the computer resets itself but sometimes it needs a tester put on it to reset it. Hope this helps.

Loud clunk noise front front end when put into

You have a bad universal joint. you have to take the spindle off to replace this. once the spindle is off you can pull the shaft out. the universal has to be pressed out and back in. As far as the binding, that is normal in close tolerance turns. you get it alittle more with bad joints.

Location of blower resistor for 2005 GMC sierra

Hi, the blower module that is located at the bottom of the heater box, next to the blower motor, above the panel below the glove box, has a tendancy to go bad, possibly overheat, and melt the larger of the two connectors. This can lead to one or all sppeds inop. the module will need to be replaced, and th connector inspected. If the connector is melted, or discolored, it needs to be replaced. A pigtail with wires, and connectors, as well as the resistor, should be available at a local GMC or Chevy dealer. Good luck...Coop

When u open the doors

Look in your owners manual if manual settings, if auto settings on the steering wheel, using the upper left button scroll through selections until you see settings. It gives you options as far as time you would like the interior lights to stay on, or if you want them off. Sounds like the obvious fix to me. If not, check fuse bank under hood, left side, or on panel located on left side of dash panel when you open the door. The diagram will tell you which one to look at.

I have no brake lights except for hi

Just fixed this tonight! If you let it go, your right rear turn signal will also quit working, and front and mirror signals willbe OK. Have someone watch while you have the Right turn signal on, and lay something heavy like an 8" cocrete block wedged on the pedal. Crawl under the back and looking forward, look at the crossmember that is to the left of the tire. There is a Connector block with 4 plugs. Wiggle the far left blue one. If it works intermittently, that's your problem.

The fix is - clean with CRC or equivelent electrical cleaner, then CAREFULLY take a knife or screwdriver and ever so Slightly move/bend again carefully each of the six pins to the left all the same. I am talking like only a few degrees here, but carefully slide the plug back on and you should have contact. It seems a ground in that plug controls what I just discussed what can be wrong.
