best thing to do, as i presume you want a completely new power feed , run a power and earth cable to the battery and connect the power to the positive pole and place a fuse inline at that point and connect the earth wire to the neg pole , leave the fuse out until you have run the cable to where you want it ,this is a much safer way as can't interfere with any other components already fitted keep me updated if you wish

There should be the power wire to the stereo that you can tap into. Red not yellow. Yellow is constant power and red is power when the key is on.

They're typically either under the dash on the drivers side or inside the front of the door jamb on the dash...either side.

For the AC I would try adding some freon. There is a low pressure sensor that won't let the compressor kick in if low on refrigerant. Auto parts stores have kits with a gauge for under $50. Looking at $200 or so to have professional empty and refill.

If belt tension is good, replace alternator and recheck.

Have your technician run a "CKP relearn" and recheck.

If you are able to feed the seat belt through the car seat, latch it then using the weight of your body and your knee in the seat push the car seat down and pull the seat belt out all the way until it stops. Once it starts reeling back in it will make a clicking sound letting you know it is locking. Feed all of the slack back into the reel and the seat will be locked into place.

I would look at harness connection above fuse panel in drivers side panel. if the socket has power then check the harness for polarity on all wires.

Test the charging system as well as the battery

it could be written on ac compressor itself. it should be around 2.5 or 3 pounds of r134A. or ask to a gm dealer.

you need to scan the computer that has a electronic throttle body and a electronic gas pedal one sensor goes bad and the system goes into limp mode

What is the make and model of the car. These numbers do not match any GM codes I am aware of

Run a compression check to ensure it is not mechanical, i.e. ring crack etc. Hook up to a scan tool and explore missfire monitoring via live data. Answer should lie within one of the afore mentioned.

Up to 10% should not cause any problems like check engine lights. If this is a flex fuel car then you may have a fuel type sensor, this device senses what % of the fuel is Ethanol and makes adjustments to the engines fuel and ignition system operational strategy, if this fuel sensor is not working correctly the result of the Ethanol burning with no computer adjustments being made for the less dense fuel it will case activation of the CE light due to erratic O2 sensor codes in the exhaust stream.

If yoy ran out of gas and have fuel injection it might be vapor locked. You'll have to bleed the injectors to let the air out. Running out of gas lets air bubbles in.
