Ac quit working..all fuses are
The air conditioner clutch which is electric may be bad and it prevents the compressor from being turned by the fan belt.

I also have the intermittent speedometer problem, but no chime so I would think the problems are separate.
Ok i have a 99
Go back over what you have done and make sure all electrical connections are hooked up including ground connections, also make sure you got the cam timing correct. If you have fuel and spark, clean spark plugs and good compression you will be okay.
Po340 code on my 99 neon. I have no clue what a
Crankshaft sensors tell the computer which cylinder is on top dead center so the computer knows which cylinder gets the spark and the fuel when working with the camshaft sensor as well. Neon crank sensors are on the back side of the engine or firewall side. Due to a lack of moving air over the sensor, the wiring can become brittle and break. The sensors have also been upgraded to a new connector and pigtail wiring end. Expensive? can be if a new sensor and wiring is needed. Recommend taking it to a shop to get you going again.
My interrior lights, radio, and power side view
I think you can fix this yourself, I just need you to get out the book everyone fears (the owners manual).I want you to go to a section in the book called fuses and relays. Now, in the book, they will have a diagram of the fuse panel with numbers on it, right by that, is a page with what every fuse is use for( find the one for radio, mirrors). now look at the number for what you need, and at the picture of the fuse panel. on the fuse panel, remove that fuse( it will be a 15 or 20 amp fuse if I remember right). replace the fuse, and you should be working. If you are not working, You can request more help from me in header line. when trouble shooting a problem, you start with the simple, and work you way up. With so much not working, I would start with the fuse. If not, I will have you check some wiring connections next. But I pretty sure it's a fuse. I hope this helps
Changed bad water pump and timing but car is still
Overheating is not always caused by a bad water pump or bad engine firing timing.
The most common causes are:
- faulty radiator cap: steam/water will be escaping from the caps when engine is hot or oveflow tank overflows or empty!
- crack cylinder head gasket: check when engine is cold thru radiator cap hole for milky oil in water radiator or large bubbles in radiator water after starting engine. Also check if water steam comes out of exhaust.
- cylinder head itself: same symtoms as for gasket above.
Hope it helps you find your problems.
My 1999 neon ac compressor short cycles. has no
Maybe there is too much refrigerant in the system where the high pressure cutoff switch invokes in short cycles.
Usually, low pressure in the system causes the short cycle/no cold air in the a/c system.
Where is the ac recharge port
It is under the hood on the passenger side. up nearly on top you'll see a green or blue, possibly even black cap that tells you how many PSI it needs. If you are looking to recharge your AC I don't recommend you use those cheap refill kits you buy at the store. Too many things can go wrong. A professional normally would take all remaining refrigerant out of your vehicle then recharge it to make sure there are no air bubbles. Their machines have a more precise gauge so they don't overfill or under fill. I'm not saying you can't do it yourself but you may ruin the system in one way or another.
My 1999 dodge neon is overheating and just changed
Last time I had this problem I had a cracked head. With the cap off the radiator, run the engine at idle to operating temperature. When your looking in the radiator you should see the water circulating if the water pump is working. When you say the motor is over heating, if you have fluid coming out of the over flow hose then yes you are most likely overheating, if you are just seeing the gauge indicate you are over heating you may just have a bad engine temp sensor.
