WATER COMING OUT OF MUFFER

This happens because of the difference of temperture between the hot engine exhaust and cooler outside tempertures. Its why you see exhaust during colder outside tempertures.

My 1997 Jimmy runs fine in idle when I take off the vechile is fine until it reaches 20 mph it won't accelerate and the rpms increase up to 3000 but no speed. What's wrong it's a 4 wheel d

Sounds like 2nd gear in the transmission is slipping. Cars usually shift at 15-20 mph from first to 2nd. First check the trans fluid.

97 jimmy wont go back to 2 wheel drive

Check everything in that right front driveline. Could have a problem that when the four wheel drive puts some tension on it, it stops making noise.

How can i bypass the o2 sensor 0n a 1997 gmc jimmy

You cannot do that because the sensor has a varied voltage output and the ECM will see it as something wrong.

Where is the light relay on 97 jimmy

There is a headlight relay on 1998 models, but not 1997.And if you have daytime running lights there is a relay for that. But none of that would affect the dash lights. So my vote is for the problem being in the actual headlight switch, or a wiring connection. The headlights, parking lights, and dash lights are all on different circuits and fuses. But they all go thru the switch.

I have a 97 gmc jimmy and we puta head gasket on and now there isn't any power after the starter? Anyone have any ideas?

Starter relay is in the middle of the firewall near the top of the firewall. I would check connections and /or replace that relay. They are very inexpensive.
Also, you could turn the key on and run a jumper wire from power to the starter solenoid and see if it starts. You can easily get to the solenoid though the right wheel well. Be careful not to ground the wire by mistake.
