If the radiator is full of coolant, and the heater hoses are getting hot, the problem could be a blend door under the dash or the controller.

Since they are on different circuits I would say something in the wiring harness. It may be tough to find if it takes a few days or weeks for the problem to show up.It could be a short in the harness in the column, or elsewhere.

If you don't want to go to the dealer,then try Carquest auto parts..They have vendors like Dorman and Motormite that carry a lot of weird stuff like wiper linkage clips.

not sure if theses have adjustment on them but if so it will be under the dash on the clutch rod its self

sounds like your timing is off by 180 degrees

pull the distributer out.

hold the body and turn the rotar arm 180 degrees and push it back in.

have you check for a blowin fuse?
