Hi,
Check your ignition switch, the contactors inside might be already burned or dirty. It is located at the end of your key lock in the steering cover.

How to replace plug wires

Purchase a good set of wires do not settle for a cheapo set , lay out the wires and find the different sizes .
Pull one wire off and match the size to the new one , then reinstall the new one DO NOT pull them all off one at a time .
some might be tough to get off the spark plug so have a channel lock pliers ready...

Its that easy ..
Good Luck

I needed a new pass key for my 1995 buick

First off when you had the new key cut did the use a tester to find the number of the chip in the original key, if the numbers don't match it will not start. If you did not have a key they would have to hook up the tester to the car to read the number programed in to the pass key module..With all that correct GM has had many many issues with the ignition cylinder ( not the ignition switch which mounts down on the steering coloum) .On GM cars their are two very fine wires (orange) going from the cylinder to the module one of these wires often break the same tester that checks the key number also checks this issue but without it all you can do is a visual inspection of the cylinder the wire brakes right at the cylinder I know it sounds like a lot but without the special testing equipment the the dealer has these are not easy to diagnosis... Good Luck

95 Buick Roadmaster will not

On a car from 1995, I would check the connections at the battery to make sure the side mounts are clean and shiny before assembling the battery to the cable ends.

This is if nothing at all works in the dash, lights, horn, starter, etc.

I don't think there is a master fuse or circuit breaker which needs to be replaced.
