Car cranks, but hesitates to start after sitting for over 24hrs
Tune ups are always a good place to start , including air, fuel, plugs and for the extra 5 bucks a PCV valve. If these havn't been done in the last year at least might want to start there. If that doesnt make any difference please post again and we will look at something else!

Where is the compressor on the 95 Roadmaster?
you add refrigerant to the low side port only, which faces the front right side of the engine compartment. The aluminum can has 3 fittings on the back and one on the front, that one is the low side port.

How to remove water pump?
You more than likely have to remove the radiator and then you can access the water pump. I had to replace both of mine at the same time, so it worked out fine. In the Haynes manual it says you must remove the electric fan if equipped and also the air pump to get to the mounting bracket bolts.

Pass key light
That's exactly why it won't start. You can either switch the ingition lock back to the original one so you can use the right key. Or, you can sync the new key with the computer. To do this you or someone else will have to use a gm tech-2 scanner, snap-on modis or an otc genisys scanner. Your local dealer or good repair shop should be able to fix you up. Now, there is another way. The passkey system works on resistance from the chip. In you steering colum there is a 2-wire plug going to the ignition lock. If you pull it out of the colum and cut the plug off. You can pop the chip out of the original key and solder the wires to it. Just make sure you don't heat the chip up to much. After doing this you can use any $10 standard gm ignition lock instead of the expensive ones that use a chipped key.

The port is located in the larger of the 2 lines coming from the AC compressor, the charging port will be somewhere on that line with a plastic cap over it, the line goes into a part called an accumulator, it is about the size of a 1lb can of coffee, the port may be there as well, it varies from model to model.

There isn't any starter on a 1997 Roadmaster, because there is no 1997 Roadmaster.
For years that were produced, the starter is located on be lower part
of the engine, much as it is for any other automobile. Follow the
positive battery cable.
4 transmission cooling lines in a 95 buick roadmaster?
I'm wondering about the same thing on my '96 Roadmaster sedan. The lines use both coolers for transmission fluid. I have a wagon that uses one for engine oil & one for the trans. fluid. There's also a one wire (Thermistor ?) type sensor in a junction block in one of the lines coming out of the trans. Can't find a word about its function. I had to relocate it due to the cramped location. Area is so tight, that I had to wrap thread around the new fitting (About 25 turns) & then pull the thread like a Yo-Yo to thread it back in. Surprised the H.... out of me when it worked!
91buick roadmaster estate fuel circuit breaker
If the car starts and appears to have a fuel problem, will not be a fuse or breaker. You will need to check the delivery system - fuel pump, filter and pressure regulator. Most common cause of problem is the pump and/or the filter.
