Do the cooling fans work? How do you know the radiator is good it could be plugged internally.

Meaning when you try to start the engine doesn't crank over? If this is happening, then it is the ignition switch that is bad. But if it cranks over and doesn't start. When you cycle the key, you turn the fuel pump on every time and it pressures up the system. The check ball in the fuel sending unit or fuel pump is stuck open, letting the fuel drain back to the tank. I would live with it until the pump fails. Because to fix it you have to replace the sending unit and pump. Shop cost is around $600.

Under the passenger side dash screwed into the heater box close to the blower motor. It will have a large flat plug with 3-4 wires plugging into it

using a digital volt ohm meter test the throttle position sensor. if it has a dead spot at idle position it will stall. also if the throttle plate is dirty it can cause a stall at idle and all you have to do is clean it.

The horns being made and used today are not so very good. If you had access to one, you might try a used one, particularly if it were cheap. You would need to be certain that horn worked before trying it on the car. A person with an volt-meter or a multi-meter could see if there is any electricity getting to the horn when you push the horn button. That would tell you if it were the horn, or something else. You should also check the ground wire from the horn to the body, as the electrical components are no longer grounded to the frame, they now have a ground wire. Many cars of today have the horn button and the air bag in the steering wheel together, so some shops will tell you it will cost up to many hundreds of dollars to fix the horn because the air bag is part of the horn system. Watch for an internal vacuum leak caused by a melted upper plenum. You have to remove the plenum and look under it to see the melted/damaged plenum. Install a new plenum and new gaskets that go along with it.
