If it has a starter relay on the side wall of fender check that my 76 100 did the same

If head gasket is blown. Exaust will smoke white on acceleration and startup and or oil wil have a grey sludge coating dipstick

Suspension Design Google the issue Think you will find that vehicles suspension has issues that are not correctable & I wouldn't be going 75 in any vehicle,certainly not a big truck like that Hard to steer is worn front end parts & again there is lots on the internet & You Tube Video, on all vehicles & their problems

best thing to do would be to read the code thats causing the cel. most parts stores will do this for you for free.

Bad espark plug or bad coil very common on ford to burn the plugs
