Do the cooling fans come on ? Your vehicle should have two fans controlled by The PCM - engine computer energizing three different relay's for low and high speed .

you can also have a fouled plug or a bas wire or a vacuum leak clean the iac (idle air controller) and the mass flow sensor.

There could be a lot of things going on here, need more information...
If the motor wont turn over when you turn ther key, is there enough power? Charge battery, check charging system.
If the motor turns over but does not start, could be anything from the electronics, fuel delivery etc.
If it just clicks when you turn the key it could be a starter.
Hope this at least gets you started in the right direction.

The customary petcock has been eliminated. Instead, the bottom hose is disconnected to drain contents.

My database showed 157 ft lbs for hub nut.
151 ft lbs should work just fine. I didn't see the other answer before looking up torque specs?

Sounds like brake shoes are knocking. Try backing up while pumping brakes or using the emergency brake a few times to tighten up shoes. If those don't work you may have to manually adjust shoes with star wheel or maybe defective (out of round) drum

Check you transmission fluid, if it is low, it will not engage the other gears

Did you check the throttle positioning sensor mounted on you engine? This can usually be found near air intake on engine. There are two sensors, one on the gas pedal and one on the engine itself. May videos on youtube.com on testing.
