Could be a temp sensor - you would need to know what triggers the relay for that fan.May need to get a book to have the wiring diagrams.

If the a/c compressor clutch is not engaging, then the freon or r134a pressure may be low.

Pressure on the low side should be 25 psi to 45 psi.

Since your car is a 1990, it may have been made before r134a was used and may require an r134a retrofit kit that includes oil, r134a, and adapters to update the a/c.

R12 used to be used but is very expensive and requires a certified techncian and recovery and recycling equipment to use, and probably would leak out faster than the r134a system.

Make sure they are not binding.Use some lubricant and spray the hinge area.Not WD 40.I don`t believe there are any adjustments.It`s possible the motors are getting weak.But the first thing is to make sure they are working freely.Hope this helps.Good luck.

If you know the fuel filter is new and the fuel pump is putting out the correct pressure. service has to be a definate if you can not remember when you changed it last its been to long ago. SO it sounds like you need to pull the distributor and check the gear on the bottom for ware and at the same time replace the control module or pick up coil are bad maybe just drop a new distributor in it if when you remove the cap and grab the rotor button and wiggle it and it moves quit a bit.Dont forget to rate my solution and leave testimonial it is how i earn my achievements Thanks in advance

After an oil change, or when "CHANGE OIL" appears on the Trip Monitor, with the ignition on and engine off, press the "ENG MET" button (located on trip monitor) once. Press the "ENG MET" button again within 5 seconds. Within 5 seconds, press and hold the "RANGE" button (1990-1994) or "GAUGES" button (1995). The light will flash. When it stops flashing and goes out, the system is reset.
