I have a 91 s10 4x4 and the 4 wheel drive wont engauge

There is a vacuume switch with 3 vacuume lines running to it on the top side of the transfer case that is a known problem on push button 4wd. If i remember right the 91 has this and it should take care of your problem. It's called the transfer case switch and it's about $15.

I have a 91 chevy s10 2.8l 5 speed that will not crank up

it has one fuel filter, but problem is low fuel pressure. The fuel pressure is worn out and needs replacing.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

From start to end troubleshooting these problems I suggest you to check the help link below and follow its procedure: -----

How do u change the starter on a v8 s10

very carefully, but on a serious note if you have the large body starter the one where the main body steps to a larger diameter you will likely have to use an engine hoist pull the engine mount bolts (just the horizontal ones one on each side) and remove the distributor cap to avoid breaking it then lift the engine about 6 inches til the starter falls out believe me i just did it tonight on mine it sucks but thats likely your only option the small body starter will pull right down assuming you have an automatic trans you may have to move the trans cooler lines a bit but if it doesnt pull right out you will have to lift the engine

Where is the transmission drain plug on a 91 Chevy

There is no drain plug on an automatic, you have to take off your transmissions oil pan and have a new gasket in hand or it will leak when you put it back on.
