What's with the 1994 C/K 2500 above an 2007 Silverado ? 07 on 94 frame ? New body have all the 07 electronics ? Power Window System Controls (RPO A31/AN3/DL3) The power window system will operate anytime the Retained Accessory Power (RAP) system is active or when the ignition switch is in the ACCY or ON position. The driver master control switches are integrated into the DDS. When a power window switch is activated in the up or down positions the DDS supplies power and ground to the window motor control circuits to drive the window motor in the required direction. Prior to activating a power window motor the DDS will supply the control circuit with a low current bias voltage in order to determine that a short to ground condition does not exist and during window motor operation the DDS continues to monitor the motor current to verify proper window motor operation. The DDS controls the passenger window through a GMLAN message to the PDS. When a power window switch is activated in the up or down positions the PDS supplies power and ground to the window motor control circuits to drive the window motor in the required direction. Prior to activating a power window motor the PDS will supply the control circuit with a low current bias voltage in order to determine that a short to ground condition does not exist, and during window motor operation the PDS continues to monitor the motor current to verify proper window motor operation. 1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the C1 harness connector at the PDS.
  2. Test for less than 1 ohm between the ground circuit terminal 6 and ground.
  3. ?‡' If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance.

  4. Ignition ON, verify that a test lamp illuminates between the B+ circuit terminal 2 and ground.
  5. ?‡' If the test lamp does not illuminate, test the B+ circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance.

  6. Ignition OFF, reconnect the harness connector at the PDS.
  7. Ignition ON, observe the scan tool Passenger Window Switch parameters while using the passenger power window switch. The reading should change between Off/Up/Down/Express Down.
  8. ?‡' If the parameter does not change, replace the PDS.

  9. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the passenger window motor.
  10. Connect a test lamp between control circuit terminal A and control circuit terminal B.
  11. Ignition ON, command the passenger window UP and DOWN by using the passenger window switch. The test lamp should illuminate when commanding the UP and DOWN states.
  12. ?‡' If the test lamp is always OFF during either of the commands, test for a short to ground or open/high resistance on either control circuit. If the circuits test normal, replace the PDS.

?‡' If the test lamp is always ON, test for a short to voltage on either control circuit. If the circuits test normal, replace the DDS.

  13. If all circuits test normal, test or replace the passenger window motor.

Emergency flasher dont work on 1994 chevy 2500

Sounds like the flasher relay is bad. There is a separate one for the turn signals and hazards. Below is a diagram of its location. It kind of looks backwards but just look where the arrow is pointing to the front of the vehicle. I hope this helps...12_25_2011_5_31_30_pm.jpg

94 chev. 2500 p.u. running rough-scanner says

Sounds like the ground for your ECU is bad. Not sure where yours is, but many vehicles have that ground on the engine, often on top, near the engine wire harness. Ask a Chevy guy or dealer where the ground is, so you can check it and repair it.

I have a 1994 Chevy 2500 it gets bad gass mileage.

get a tune up done. spark plugs, wires , air filter. wouldnt hurt to change the differential fluid. if it has 4 wheel drive then get the transfer case oil done as well and front differential and have the whole viechel greased where ever there is a grease fitting, llike driveshafts, front axle joints. any friction won't help at all.

If the tps (throttle position sensor) gives a high signal it will put the computer in clear flood mode which shuts off the fuel injector. Easy test, unplug the tps and try to start it. The tps is the 3 wire sensor at the end of the throttle plate If not suspect the ignition module under the distributor cap.

Cant find the fuse box.

Headlights aren't fused, per se...they are protected by a circuit breaker. If I were you, I'd first check the actual headlight switch. They're relatively inexpensive (I recently put one on a '92 Silverado and it was under $15.

Stop running while doing 65mpr

Check the Timing belt and the fuses. If you have installed anything that has wires that you connected into the fuse block check those to make sure one hasn't come free and shorted a fuse on the fuse block or Power distribution box in the engine compartment. Also, and I know this is a long shot, check the oil level in the engine to make sure your bump is working and that the sensor is responding correctly. I had a sensor go out once and when the engine got low on oil it didn't register but when I made turns you could hear it and feel it with a lose of power.

4 weel dive dont work?

If you have a vacuum operated system (not electric switch) you probably have a vacuum line unhooked in the system or a bad vacuum switch (notorious in these systems). The switch is located on the side of the transfer case. If you have electric 4wd you probably have a bad switch (inside the cab) or motor on the transfer case.
