SOUND LIKE PROBLEM IS IN TRANSFER CASE SWITCH OR THE TRANSFER SHIFT CONTROL MODULE.IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DASH.IT CONTROLS SHIFT MOTOR FROM 2WD TO 4WD.ALSO CHECK SHIFT ROD AND CABLE FOR BINDING AND DAMAGE.

Sounds like full pressure apply from pcm. Must check for full 12v at trans connector. Also check all ground twice. That is a hard trans to install and things tend to get left loose.

Use a flat head screwdriver and pry it up, it only stuck on because of age.

does pump run a couple seconds KOEO (key on engine off)? - put a light on pump + wire (pink?), I think these have a "back-up fuel pump power" through oil pressure switch?

What is your question about the fuse box?

Check spark yet? if good. on all 6, (tuneup time>?) then use test fuel, run for 3seconds an stops, its a fueling issues.

all time first ever post for this. wow. stock or racing alum one? are you shipping it, or carrying it on a motor cycle or scooter or bike? M/T or a/t ? my guess 30 lbs. using google, i searched, and got huge hits of seller stated wight. why not just weigh it.? or ask seller. or?

You could try a transm. drain and refill and replace the fluid filter while doing so. When you drop the transmission pan (after draining), check for how much metal shavings are in the pan. There should be a magnet on the pan to collect shavings. If it doesn't look like too much, you could proceed with the filter change, then replace gasket for pan and put pan back on, and refill transm. and try it. Sometimes a fluid and filter helps, sometimes not if damage is too severe.

I replaced mine with new, wasn't working at all, then had 2 outta 4 speeds, fuse under hood gave me other speeds
