Is the anti-theft system light lit on the instrument cluster ? Could be any number of thing's , testing the different system's is the way to a fix . Who replaced all the parts you have listed ?

( one question i have is every time the ignition fuse blows do i need to replace the starter relay? ) NO ! You have a dead short to ground on one of the circuits that fuse feeds. Do you know how to find a short circuit ? Video's on youtube show how. The fuse that blows ,is it IGN - A 40 amp. located in the under hood fuse/ relay center ? That fuse feeds B+ voltage to the ignition switch ,which powers up other thing's ,fuse's etc.. Not just the starter relay ! I see five other fuse's that get power from that fuse when ignition switch is in the start or run position . In the I/P fuse panel the gauges fuse #4 10amp , air bag fuse #10 10amp , turn b/u fuse #16 20amp. , Plus trans fuse #20 10 amp ! Pull out these fuse an try to start the van. if the ignition fuse doesn't blow the problem is in one of these other fuse circuits. There is one more fuse that get's B+ power from the ignition switch and ign A fuse ,crank fuse fuse #8 10amp. this powers the control side of the starter relay . Click the search button then the blue link. If you pull those fuse's i mention and it still blows the fuse look for a shorted ignition switch or wiring from ignition to the starter relay , not the relay itself. Park neutral safety switch . Isolate the circuit , pull the relay out of it's socket ,pull the crank fuse #8 in the I/P fuse box. with a ohm meter check to see if that part of the circuit is shorted to ground. Do you know how to do that ? Do you have a volt ohm meter ? You can buy one cheap at parts store .

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? If you have that spider fuel system, that system is noted for problems. Check the fuel pressure, key on engine off, 60--66 psi. After it starts it will run with less pressure. In the past I have seen service bulletins about the poppet valves sticking, the fix was a cleaning procedure, that was a shop procedure. Mainly the bulletin talked about hard starts in the morning because of poppet valves sticking, after it starts it will usually run fine the rest of the day, after it sits overnight, you have the same problem the next morning. There could be other issues? If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse.

Is this the spider fuel system? If so, that system is noted for problems. Key on engine off, 60--66 psi. Fuel pressure at start-up can be critical after it is running, it will run with about 10 psi less.

I have a 2002 Chevy Express 1500 replace compressor Orphus tube accumulator new fan clutch hair gets 40 degrees when driving but when sitting at idle goes to 70 degrees I even installed electric fans still does the same thing and cleaned out all degree that is on the front of the evaporator coil what could be the problem

Hi Bill , what engine does yours have , 4.3 , 5.0 , 5.7 ,6.5 L ? Check fuse's ECM 1 20amp an ENG 1 20amp in the under hood fuse relay box !

you'll have to drop your fuel tank most likely. best to buy a chilton or a haynes manual for that unless your pretty mechanically inclined. usually there are fuel lines, at least one wire plug, and at least 2 straps that have to be undone before lowering it completely.

remove the left rear quarter trim panel. remove the auxilairy heater case from the vehicule remove the retainers from the bottom of the heater case remove the heater core from the case. to remove the left rear quarter trim panel, remove the passenger seats as needed grasp and gently pull the body side rear trim panel in order to disengage the retaining clips remove the body side rear trim from the vehicule

test and see if you have spark and fuel preasure, you may have bad feul pump, common problem is the fuel pump goes bad, but check before replacing.

try to spray some carburetor cleaner inside where the air goes in the engine...it will clean the system and it might start...
press some gas when you try to start the vehicle...

Fuses will burn if the load is too high or there is a short to ground on the circuit. You will need to use a meter, to find the issue... If you do not have the tools or rhe knowledge, take to an auto electrician... DO NOT over fuse. .... Philip
