I would check the connection at the back of the instrument panel. And check the connector at the Vehicle Speed Sensor. The vehicle speed sensor should be located at the rear of the trans or transfer case. This is a two wire connector.

Something is blocking your Filler Neck (People who you got upset may have done this)...Remove the VENT TUBE and FILLER NECK from the tank, remove the 3 Torx Screws and the Ground Strap, Wiggle the Filler Neck and once you have it out, you should see the Blockage or look into the TANK HOLE... There is something there
