Some cars doesn't run with all gasoline grades also there is some gas station with poor quality of gasoline.Happened to my car too, I always use SHELL but one day I stop in the MOBIIL gas station to put some gas, got home and the next day the car won't start had to by the STP aditive to put in the gas tank. wait about 10 minutes and car starts fine.Another thing is my car won't run good with all gasoline gradesI always use the regular one.

DTC P0540: Intake Air Heater - Incorrect Voltage

The Engine Control Module (ECM) uses an Intake Air Heater (IAH) to warm the incoming air for proper cylinder combustion. The ECM grounds the control coil of the IAH relay to energize the heater during cold weather operation. If the ECM detects voltage on the IAH circuit when the relay is commanded OFF, or incorrect voltage when the relay is commanded ON, this DTC will set.

look under truck at transmission selector cable if it disconnected [because of rust ] or damaged --the lever may be in park but the selector at transmission is in gear wont start big problem with gm trucks burbs replaced may friends 05 silverado and had to do same for my 08 yukon

Have you checked the computer for trouble codes yet ?

there should be a relief valve by fuel rail take black cap off and screw regulator on if have one check it if not use a small screwdriver push in on it and see if anything squirts out
