Need to replace key switch
Key switch in doo or steering column. Doors are easy to take apart but steering columns are not. Go to autozone.com and register your vehicle with them. Look up door lock/ignition lock in parts/repair and they will give you full instructions on how to do the job.

there is a screen in the fill neck, sounds like it is pluged, but being that new of a vehicle, id say someone had to of done something.
Oil Gauge Marking Way Past 80
Check your dipstick for antifreeze in the oil. You mad need to replace the oil pressure sensor/sending unit. If there's no antifreeze in engine oil, replace sending unit. Should be a round silver sending unit at the left rear place on the intake with a plastic black wiring connector with 2-3 wires going into it.
2005 chevy silverado still will not start
i would have to take an educated guess and say its the fuel pump, but the first thing to do is chk. fuel pressure if pump runs, canyou hear it when you turn the key to the on position? if not chk. fuse if thats ok, chk. relay should be under hood. turn key on and listen for a click if you hear a click than relay is working, but its not the same for fuel pump they can sound like there running but it might not be putting out any pressure thats ware fuel pressure chk. comes in. now if fuel pressure chks. out ok than its most likely electrical. if you know of someone around your area that would scan the computer for you would help, sense you said chk.engine light was on, might give you a good idea whats up.
