No blinker lights work
Either the flasher unit or the signal lamp fuse is bad. If the fuse is blown, you should inspect the wiring to turn signals and brake lights for breaks and cuts in the insulation. Also check the wiring harness going into the steering column. The flasher is the usual culprit. Your owner's manual should show you where it is. If not, go to a car parts store and look at a Delco replacement so you know the object of your search. (It's probably a small metal can that plugs into a socket.) Look under the dashboard, in the glove compartment, and in the fuse and relay boxes.
HOW TO REPLACE HEATER CORE
Find the 2 hoses going to the firewall. That's your heater core. Now how you take it out is another story. Look under the dash at the same location. You may be able to see it by removing the door of the glove box. Most likely the whole dash will have to be dropped to remove it. If your lucky you will see a cover plate and have room enough to work. otherwise this can turn into a major job, Good Luck

1989 chevy breaks i have
I am fairly certain you have a bad master cylinder. I had a chevy truck which emptied
the back bowl completely and the cause of this was a failed seal on the rear of the
master cylinder. The fluid was sucked into the engine through the power booster and
burned off while driving. If the back bowl for the rear brakes is empty, then this may
be the cause.
