Check the idle air control it maybe restricting it.

It could be low transmission fluid, a plugged transmission filter, or defective torque converter. I would start with the fluid, then the filter. If these do not solve the problem, I would recommend a reputable transmission mechanic to assess the issue.

how are you checking for injector pulse ? have you checked fuel pressure should be 9 to 13 lbs i had a problem with one once and i grounded the computor case with a ground from battery to ecm case and it ran found grounds by t-stat housing bad repaired grounds but would check for fuel presure first

have you replaced the old thermostat ? check also if should bleed the system as well.

hint,,spray the base of the throttle body & intake to see if the base gasket is good,,use brake cleaner or injector cleaner,,

how about looking through thr grill to see if a/c condenser is packed full of bugs or other stuff. that would make it overheat when your going down the road
the fan clutch should be checked to

replace fuel pump..

no aftermarket ones that ive seen,salvage yard is ur best bet.if rubber hose is leaking i have spliced with male to male hose barb and double clampin

Check the resistance of the pick-up coil in the distributor. Reading should be between 800 to 1200 ohms. Disconnect the two wire connection at the distributor control module to measure the resistance.

I had this probelm, we found that the throttle body gasket was letting air in through a tiny pin hole, new gasket fixed it. You have rebuilt yours, maybe check the seal. Be sure and use a new gasket.
