there is a vacume control on the trany which when it leaks causes engine to run bad and not to shift properly-its about the size of a small coffee can and it should be on the right side of the trany-Denny

Either pump or brake hydroboost has gone bad.. if you did not dump fluid. if you dumped fluid you most likely broke a hose

Have you checked fuel pressure, and are there any codes in the computer ?

horns are only a magnetic coil actuated by a set of points that make and break a circuit at a rapid speed there by vibrating a tin disc that produces the noise we hear. If it continually blows the fuse then the coil is shorting out (probably rusted) and the answer is to buy a new horn.

Chec manual or check with dealership...they may have instructions on how to do it.

For the temp gauge to read at full heat when the engine is cold is an indication of a short in the wire to the sender unit or you have connected the wrong wire to the sensor/sender unit.

Did you try bleeding the system or burping it? See after you replaced that sender unit you got air in the system. There should be a bleeder that looks close to a brake bleeder.park on a uphill grade and crack open the bleeder that should expell the air. The engine needs to be running ant the thermostat open.
