What all test have you done?

Within the length of the two wires fine other end and white to white and black to black. They maybe shoved up in there somewhere. Before you hook up the wires check that the light has continuity OHMS meter at each wire end. If none the check the bulb. Then check the wires you find one should have power and one not. don't forget the button that turns it on when you open it power side passes though that switch. It is Batt power so power to the switch all the time to one side. Look for the other wires near the switch Mike.

Yes if your lighter works with key off. Orange also runs dome light etc. Mike

May want to also check your wiring from the fuse panel to the different components that are giving you the problem. I think that you may have a pinched wiring along the way to all the components.

Need more info.Low and high beams? Neither come on replace the light switch. Check fuses. If one works and not the other replace the turn signal switch.

Hi well im assuming that this is something that has just started , the first thing you need to do is start at the basics, get under the truck and go to the fuel tank. try to access the fuel pump connector (4 wire connector on top of fuel tank) may be able to excess from area between the frame rail and tank on drivers side ,if that tank is a side mount tank. unplug this connector and try to install a fuse .. DONT INSTALL A LAGER FUSE THEN RECOMMENDED OR HARNESS DAMAGE MY AND WILL ACCUR . If the fuse stays intact u most probably have a shorted fuel pump

Hello, just had this problem myself. Check your EGR valve by pulling the vacume line off and pushing up under the valve put your finger over the vacume line hole and release the valve, if it returns to normal position then its bad if not its good. If its bad it needs replaced. Mine did the exact same thing and thats what it was. Hope this helps

I'm not sure about the S-10 but most of the GM line has the filter on the drivers side along the inside of the frame and usually back by the axle.

what's wrong with it? is it leaking and from were? if its a small leak from a core then you just have to remove it and take it to a repair shop and they will fix it, if leaking from the cap then a replacement cap is in order, if you have plastic thanks mounted on yours and one of them is leaking then the repair shop can replace them or a cheaper bet is to get one from a recycler or junk yard.

Hi,normaly you need a live wire and a earth wire,so if you find a live wire you need to put a fuse holder between the live wire that you have picked and the radio,then the rest is just to sort out your speakers. hope this was some help.

Did you check the common return? Most of the time it is connected to the chassis of the car. See if anything is lose or corroded.

If I remember right my flasher on my van was on the fuse panel on the floorboard. If it is not there is often hanging on the right side of the steering column under the dash.

you may have a faulty voltage regulator remove alternator and have it repaired by shop or replace with a used unit (cheaper)
