You have blown a fuse..check fuse box. There may be one fuse box one in the cabin but also check for the fusebox in the engine compartment.

Get a new flasher relay.

Yes there is, the fuse is for the pump only.. Pull the relay and turn the key on. There should be to places with power( within first two seconds or as cranking). You have them, it's not the fuse. Fuses are usually 20 amp, yellow.

worth checking the fuel tank for holes or there might be some fuel delivery pipes leaking badly. Or it might be an O2 sensor not giving correct signal to ecu thus consuming so much fuel.

The fuel pump might be bad or, under the hood usually on the driver's side, there is a black box. Take the top off and under it you'll find a collection of fuses and relays. These usually don't go bad but it is a possibility. Check them out. There should be a diagram inside the top showing which relay / fuse goes to what. If you're lucky, it'll be one of these as they are cheaper than a fuel pump plus labor. I can't speak for your vehicle but I've seen some where if you pull up the carpet under the back seat, you'll find a rubber plug in the floorboard that is just above the fuel pump. I would call a Dodge dealer to find out before you go ripping up the carpet though. Good luck. Jeff M.
