Transmission slipping...could it be electrical?
Your vehicle requires a friction modifier to the fluid. Consider a trans service, with new fluid and the correct additive. Solves most issues.
Do not wait or you continue to cause excessive wear.

Wiper motor proplems, bolt to wiper blades are
If you are talking about the shaft where the wiper arm attaches at the base of the windshield you really don't have much choice but to replace the wiper pivot. You might be able to save it be chasing the threads with a die but if you don't already own a metirc tap and die set the tools could cost more that the new part. This is somthing you should be able to get used from a wrecking yard, you wont be able to buy a new one except for from the dealer. To get to it you have to remove both arms and then the grill at the base of the windshield (torx head screws) There is a linkage from the motor to the pivot. Disconnect the linkage, remove the old pivot, install the new one...it is pretty self explanitory once you get the grill off. The only thing that is somethimes a little tricky is getting the arms off. The shaft is tapered so if it was put on too tight they can be really wedged. If you can't get the arm off a battery terminal puller works well. Or since you are not trying to re use the bad one, you can gently pry up on the back side of the arm and have a second person wrap on the shaft with a hammer. I wouldn't recomend this on the other one that is not stripped since you are not going to be replacing it.

Transmission does not want go into gear unless it
well it sounds like orings losing pressure or bands worn out you can check the oil level and smell oil if black and milky this is burnt oil and contaminated oil have you ever replaced the oil in transmission as well you can go to canadian tire and add a supliment in the oil its like a conditioner it will expand the orings for more pressure but its only a bandaide till the problem repeats the damage is already done so you have your choice

My fuel pump runs but no gas comes out do i have
No, you don't have to prime the fuel pump. I would check or replace the fuel filter first.
If filter is ok, then you probably have a bad fuel pump or restricted fuel line from the pump.
Hope this helps :)

Tran promblems. stay in one gear. high r p m. no
Hi!!
I think the transmission clutches are worn and after 18 yrs of service your tranny needs to be overhauled, but, it will be very expensive, maybe more than what the vehicle is worth. I would recommend to get a used one from the Junk Yard, a lot cheaper and, you may get one that lasts you a couple of years while you get a decent vehicle.
Good Luck!!
A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa.

Gas smell, and fumes inside
I had this same problem on the same year van. You more than likely have a clogged fuel filter. The fuel filter is very easy to replace and very inexpensive. If you do not replace it eventually pressure will build up and burst the rubber lines connecting the fuel filter to the lines. I learned about this the hard way and dumped a half gallon of gas on the way to work. Also with these vans it is very important to make sure the PCV valve is functioning properly. You can purchase a new one for less than 5.00 and can be changed easily.

Steps to rear brake replacment
-
Park the Dodge on a flat, level surface and engage the
parking brake. Put two wedges of wood in front of your front wheels and two
behind them.
-
Put the jack under the back frame of the car and lift it up until the wheels are off
the ground. Slide the two jack stands underneath the car right under the axles,
one next to each wheel. Use the jack to lower the car onto the two jack
stands.
-
Loosen the lug nuts with the lug nut wrench, and remove the
lug nuts and the two back wheels.
-
Look for two bolts that are attached to the caliper. Remove
them with the adjustable wrench. Lift up the caliper and set it on the axle,
taking care not to let it fall and break.
-
Compress the brake pads which, in turn, will compress the
underlying piston. If they won't budge, use a C-clamp to compress them.
-
Open the spring clips by prying with a screwdriver and take
off the pads. And if the pads are stuck you can pry them off with the
screwdriver as well.
-
Rub a little bit of silicone grease onto the back of each new
pad and put the pads in the correct position. Put the spring clips back in place
to hold the pads in place.
-
Put the caliper back in place and tighten the bolts.
-
Reinstall the wheel and tighten the lug nuts. Lift up the car
a little with the jack and remove the jack stands. Lower the Dodge all the way
to the ground. Retighten the lug nuts.
-
Lift up the hood and look for the master cylinder's brake
fluid container on the driver's side of the car, closest to the driver. Top off
the brake fluid, if
needed.
You will need the following
- 4 wood wedges
- Lug wrench
- Floor jack
- 2 jack stands
- Adjustable wrench
- C-clamp (optional)
- Flathead screwdriver
- New brake pads
- Silicone grease

Has water in oil dont know if a gasket needs to be
If you pull the dipstick and the oil looks like chocolate pudding, you have a head gasket failure and possible that the heads are cracked due to over heating. If you start the car in this condition the bearings will seize due lack of lubrication.
If there is only a little trace of oil in the radiator fluid it could be the transmission cooler inside the radiator is leaking trans fluid into the coolant, replacing the radiator will solve this. Just make sure all traces of oil get flushed out.

Driver side brake caliber is locking after the
sounds like the slide pins need to be looked at for ware, marks, scoreing. If there is no marks then just regrease and put back in ,but make sure you use grease that is recomended for break calipers.if cost is a factor for the grease then you can use high temp bareing grease.they also have replacements at most autoparts stores if 1 should break.if this doesnt fix it then start looking at the rubber break line as these can swell inside over time and particles can collect in side it and mess with the fluid flow, those are the cheepest to replace.after those then comes checking the proportioning valve and or master cylinder.and maybe replaceing the caliper its self.
