How to reset the service engine soon light.
To do it properly without any other issues, you need a OBD-II scan tool that can read and reset engine codes. However, simply resetting the light will not fix any problems. If they are still there, the light will come back on.
Why won't it start?
Could be a camshaft/crankshaft sensor .. or any other sensor, or even the immobiliser.
Don't replace parts in the hope that it will start. Get a mechanic to do a diagnostic check and identify the fault. It will save you a lot nof stress (and money)
What can cause water to enter valve on 2003 buick century.
The manifold gasket failure was likely where the water went astray. Did any get down into the crankcase? You need to flush it all out. At some point, you will want to crank the engine over with all spark plugs removed to see if any more water spits out. I don't understand what manifold cover you mean had the cracks. If it is the manifold itself, you probably need another manifold, especially if it is a sealing surface. The lower intake manifold gasket is a common failure on GM V6's of these years. Good thing you caught it in time before it ruined the engine.

How do I unlock stereo?
You probably need a code to enter if the unit was disconnected from the battery. Have a look in the manual, it may have been written down. If not, remove the radio and see if it is written on that. Again if not, then note the model serial numbers and bar codes and do an internet search.
