i had the same problem last year in my 04. unfortunately it turned out it was my pcm. i paid 90 bucks and the dealer uploaded a new program on it and it has ran better than before because dodge has an updated program they loaded. hope this helps

check manual for fuse or check all fuses. tap lightly on blower with hammer. if it comes on or squeals replace blower

Check your grounds on the plow wiring,disconnect and reconnect the battery if the tipm reads too high a draw it will shut them down to protect the circut.Battery disconnect resets the tipm.
