there is a pressure switch that shuts the power off in the run position when the pressure required is met

check the break switch , could engage the belt from coming out.

Look for a little antenna in the middle of windshield if it has a button on it press to reset. If not look for a kill switch usually on plastic under steering wheel on TH left side around where the bottom of your leg is when u sit in car if you find one switch to opposite other position . If that doesn't work you have to find out what wire is stopping power to your ignition if there's a local alarm place I would suggest having them take the alarm out and back to factory

This is usually a good situation to bring to alarm shop and have them take it out and see if you can just keep the remote start or it might need a new brain on the alarm system

check the harness plug where it passes behind the drivers side steer tire, in snow areas salt can mess this plug up, check for juice there, and corrosion issues.

if its an early 02 then it would be the fuel return valve that you want to change and they're pricey. If its a late 02 then it could be an injector stop ball issue and that's even pricier. so figure out if you have common rail injection or vp44 pump with lines from the pump to the injectors

replace the clutch assy

you have to get under truck look for access hole at backing plate you need brake adjusting tool to turn adjusting star wheel until drum brakes away from brake drum so you can remove the brake drum.you need tools to remove rear wheel from drums you need a large breaker bar and large hammer and a large socket remove spindle nut.

are the jaws in the lach already closed? If so stick a screw driver in ther and pull the handle while you pry them open.

1. your ignition coil has to be tested

have you check the fuel pump relays and your imobliser if you have one

checkyour driveshaft and ujoints for wear
