Replaced a bad coil pack, wires got crossed, now engine will not start
First thing, did you uncross the wires? If not, start there. Second, listen for fuel pump to cycle a prime at key-on. If uou hera pump, then uts not there. Third, assuming the pump is good, check each plug for spark. Could be a bad coil from factory. Was it individual coils or a master pack? If seperate coils and no spark at all, then check fuses and pcm. Recheck all connectors. Hope this helps.

Hi Donna, I'm glad to help!
Donna, I'm not sure what you mean by relay switch, I'm assuming you mean the "Blower Relay" under the hood. In all my years working for Chrysler I can tell the biggest problem with the blower not working is usually the "Blower Resister". Here also is some things to check while replacing the part. When you unplug the connector at the resister look at it and make sure it is not burnt. If it is you'll need to replace it as well, the dealer has a new overlay wiring and connector you solder and heat shrink to the vehicle wiring. If it is not burnt then of course you just replace the resistor. One other thing to check out, is remove the connector for the "Blower Motor" and check to see if its burnt, if it is replace it in the same way you would the resister wiring and also replace the blower motor. If it is not burnt the your OK just trying the resister by itself and see what happens. I'm just down the road in Saint Peters, if you have any questions call me. I'm Allen 314-374-5218. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Donna.
What causes the car to die when driving
A lot of different things could cause this, try cleaning out the throttle body assembly, that did it for me on a car that I was driving, start with the simple things, could need a tuneup, fuel filter, fuel pump not having sufficient PSI, ? Again start simple, and go from there.
