I have a 2004 dodge with 5.7 hemi the engine

How many miles are on the truck usually around 100000 miles you will need to replace the O2 sensors not hard to do the engine wont stop but fuel mileage will begin to drop and power will start to go down. You may not notice the power drop to much are the fuel mileage drop. To find out if it is indeed the O2 sensors take it to auto zone they will put a tester on it and tell you what it needs. Good luck o and they wont charge you anything for the test.

If the valve lifters are quiet you most likely have oil pressure even with gauge showing "0".Sounds like the oil pressure switch going bad.I would try that first.

Where is the door lock

The relay as you would expect to call it is part of the intrument cluster and not very accessible. You have to remove the entire cluster and disassemble it to get at it. This is no joke as I have just finished repairing mine. Same year only a diesel. I checked all the usual suspects: wiring, switches, lock motors, etc. My remote still makes the lights flash and horn honk but door locks were inoperable. No one would sell me this part either so I went home and rebuilt it myself. Now everything works again.

2004 Ram 2500 starts, low idle 400 rpm and stalls, any ideas?

With out see it running on a scanner. Maybe the IAC or throttle body. Does it have any codes. Did you erase codes after rebuild? Any time I do a rebuild on engines and transmission, the codes have to to erased. Other wise you are trying to run a new part on old PCM codes. Codes have to be erased.

Missing fire on a cylinder how to diagnose which one ?

With a scan tool the ECU should tell you what cylinders are registering missfires. Easiest way to tell what cylinder is not firing is with a laser pyometer. You can point it at the exhaust manifold at each cylinder and find what ones are cool. Also I would suggest looking for a vacuum leak after the mass meter. Either in the air inlet pipe or around the intake manifold.
