Everything works it just wont turn over
You probably have a bad ignition switch on the column. Dodge trucks have a wonky aspect to the ignition key switch. My Ram does the same thing. While parked, put the key in and try to wiggle the whole ignition cylinder. If it even wiggles slightly, the switch assembly (on the left side of the column, under the plastic) is probably your problem. You can buy aftermarket replacements for about 50 bucks. Pretty easy to replace. Youtube has a couple videos on how it's done.
Charging problem
Battery discharge when shut off is due to a connected add on in the truck,( 2way radio, some item plugged into the power plug, ETC). Also a bad battery will lose it's charge when not being charged,( I've seen brand new batteries do this, Have it load tested, Also the alternator can discharge the battery if the diode is defective. Depending on wiring set up the engine can shut off when you disconnect the positive cable.
How to turn off airbag light
Easy way to rid light is to unhook battery for 30 min. and re hook, may loose a few settings like radio, alternative is with a scan tool or ob2 reader with the function to reset light.

5.7L Hemi. Why does heater blow hot one minute then cool the next?
Traditionally, this was caused by a low coolant level in the cooling system.
However, in your case, if the cooling system has been purged of air, this should not be the case.
Otherwise, if the heat/a.c. system is run by vacuum, perhaps the vacuum supply is not good, causing the system to turn on and off according to the available vacuum.
Bypass air belt routing for 5.7 hemi
you would need to use a Tailors Tape Measure(the cloth type)and go around all the pulleys except whatever you want to bypass.what ever measurement you come up with, that will be the length belt you now need in inches.then go to the parts house and ask them to look up the original belt for you vehicle so you can get the correct RIB(GROOVE)belt.then tell them the measurement you came up with to get the correct length belt.
Dash and interior lights flash and truck will not
your battery is bad. Happened to me a month ago. I checked the alternator, it was fine. I put a new battery in ,and has been trouble free. I had no warning, other than it was the factory battery and it was5 years old.
