Gas gauge
The sender is in the tank. Assuming the most common repair for an inoperative fuel level gauge, you would have to remove the fuel tank, or lower the tank enough to access the fuel pump/sending unitassembly
New fuelpump wont work
It could be you asd relay automatic shutdown relay. If you could check voltage to your fuel pump when you turn on the key. you should get 12 volts. if it is there then it is on the fuel pump side, if it is not there you will need to check asd or computer or wiring.hope this helps

having a similar problem with a dakota. dodge tells me it may be the dist, but seeing as how you replaced it with a new one it could be that the sensor needs replacing
Trouble codes: 1,2,4
dodge codes of this era were 2 number codes not single number codes.recheck your codes flashing on the dash,or with what ever tool your using.there should be a flash close together then a short break then more flashes close together then a longer pause before the next code flashes.cont the flashes that are close together that is one number of the code then after the short pause count the next number of flashes this is the second half of the code.then a new code flashes after the long pause.so if the first code flashes once then after short pause it flashes twice this is a code 12.then a new code flashes after the longer flash,but always a 2 number code.also be aware that dodge uses a code 12 to indicate the start of the code sequence and a code 55 indicates the end of the code sequence.thats why its better to use a scan tool to see what codes are in the computer as sometimes a flash is missed or not counted.

Hard to guess when they used a few different stereo's in those days. One thing you can look for is 2 small holes below/near display on right sidewith a letter "H" over one and "M" over the other. If you have them, use a paper clip or end of a pen or pencil and push in there to change time.
Left e-brake on and drove
Pull the ebrake pedal up with your foot while pulling the ebrake handle with your hand. The ebrake on the wheel that is locked just disconnect it from the wheel brake! cheap fix

it may not be that bad of a problem, it could be as simple as some bad valve guide seals, which would give similar symptoms, but since you can get the intake manifod gaskets for around 15 dollars or less, it wouldnt be a bad place to start, as aposed to the 50 or so for valve seals and gaskets, hope this helped!
Were is the voltage regulator
Gas motors have an internal regulator built into the alternator, on diesels it is directly below the pass. side wiper arm pivot point. Not sure what you mean for asd, but there is an under hood fuse box by the firewall with your relays in it. Hope this helps.
