Did a timing chain replacement on dodge ram 5.2 ran rough then shut off
I would say it's a pretty sure bet that you somehow got the valve timing wrong when you installed the new chain. I assume that you had a good service manual to take you through the exact installation procedure - if not, you should. Its just one of those things that is very easy for a first timer to screw up and its one of those procedures that you always want to double and triple check before you put everything back together.
Of course if you have a distributorless ignition system, like most modern cars and trucks, then I suppose you also could have damaged a crank angle sensor or just forgotten to plug it back in. If thats the case then the ECU will through out a code though and that is easy enough to check. I assume you have a code reader of some kind.
Who can program key fob for 2011 dodge ram
A well equipped locksmith may be able to do it, call first, or the dealer of course can for sure about $160.00, it can't be done at home without the correct scanner ($2500.00) to interface with the system.
2012 dodge ram bighorn abs, 4x4, back up sensor error message and heated seats don't work
Scan for faults probably a back up sensor not working, the scan will point to which one(s) check for corroded wire harness left rear side of box near the bumper. Heated seats if the control button lights up while running then go off probably a grid burnt out in the seat cushion or the seat back if no lights then it points to control or wiring, may set a fault for this also.
2010 5.7 liter. Does the dealer have to adjust anything to improve gas mileage?
to get an an out of paramaters setting for the air fuel mixture in the ECM I would consider a change in altitude of around 3000 feet would be necessary before the ECM would need re- programming
I would suggest that you run the fault codes as the MAP/BARO sensors may be faulty
also if the driving conditions have change ( flat to hilly) will account for lower fuel economy
