My 2003 grand caravan starts
It sound like a bad connection at the battery terminal, start by cleaning up the battery post first not only the terminal. If the post are black clean them the must shine then the inside of the terminal. Now check your ground connection it must be clean also. Now that all is clean make sure that it is also tight, turn the key it should turn on without fail. If you still get a click check the connections at the starter just like at the battery. If you still get a click jet the starter checked at a auto parts like auto zone you may need to replace it. Hope this helps you. JOe
Fan control knob on a/c
I replaced the fan module under the glovebox on my 2005 Town & Country last night. Mine would not shut off at all with key on. It only blew on high no matter where I set the switch. Mine also had the climate control which makes a difference. If it is not the auto climate control it is usually the blower resistor if the other fan speed selections don't blow at all except on high.

Could be a leak in one of your AC hoses, or the compressor isn't kicking on. You can usually tell if the compressor comes on visually, so that is an easy one to check. If you have the gauges you can check the pressure of the AC system to make sure that it hasn't leaked out.

Hi, the low side port is located on suction side near compressor , it can be identified as the larger of the two lines from compressor. Using eye protection and gloves hook can to hose, hook hose up to port , open valves, crank engine , turn on AC.

Check your fuel pressure and if its not within the specs replace fuel pump.
