Speedometer is not working...what to do~
Is the check engine light on ?If the speedometer and odometer are not working the problem could be in the speedo cluster or the speed sensor in the transmission.

What does an exclamation light mean on the dash
If you have an exclamation light on it could 1 of a few things. All of which means its bad for you to be running your engine. You need to have it scanned through the computer to tell you the exact problem. I would definatly not reccomend driving it all untill you have it checked out. If not you are running the risk of cause severe damage or even losing your engine which will cost you thousands to fix. I hope this helped you out. It would be appreciated if you could rate my answer. Thanks, Good luck....MIKE-

Head lights will dim
You might want to check for a loose ground (negative) wire somewhere. That could explain the popping with the radio.

Battery light on
This is the computer telling you that it isn't charging right. You need to test to see if it is charging at all. Do you have the test instrument necessary for diagnosing it? I'd say you would be ahead just to take you're car to a trusted auto parts salesman. They have the tools to test your charging system for free. You aren't required to purchase anything.

I AM GETTING A TROUBLE CODE P0700 ON MY 2004 DODGE NEON
Code 700 is a general fault with the transmission or trans control module.Usually you get other codes in addition to 700 which would point to a specific problem. Its possible the connection between the trans control module and the engine computer failed.
