2. Disconnect all wires from starter and solenoid.
3. Remove nuts/bolts from starter.
4. Starter should come right off.
to replace, reverse above steps.

How to replace a starter on 98 mustang
Start by unhooking your battery. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the starter to the engine block. Remove the 2 wires that are attached to the starter solenoid. Then remove the starter from the vehicle, this part is kinda tricky as there is only one way that it will come out and you have to really finagle it to work it out. then install the new one in the reverse order.

Fuel pump relay
Fuel pump relay is controlled by the Main Relay and fuse.
They are most likely under the hood near the battery or the firewall. Main relay may be under the dash near the steering wheel.
Hope this helps.

How much antifreeze
do I need in a 1998 mustang v6
The cooling capacity for your car with or without AC is 12.6qts or roughly 3 gallons. You typically only need a mixture of about 50% Coolant to 50% water. The antifreeze bottle will have a chart on the back.

I checke the fuse and the Relay switch. and it was all fine
I believe the previous person whom answered your previous question on the NO Start asked you if you had pressed your Fuel Pump Inertia switch in to Reset it? I saw that you had indeed replaced the fuel pump relay but I didn't see that you had done this yet. I've attached a picture of the Fuel Pump Inertia switch location on your 1998 stang. Hope this helps you on your no start. I hatre it when you try and do something to improve your baby and she slaps you in the face with another issue. Try this get back to us. here. Ryan MN
