I have a 2004 freestar that wont start.changed
Hello, If you have not checked your Inertia switch it shuts off the fuelpump and may need to be Reset. It should be in the RH side of the jack compartment. You just push and hold a button on the switch and then the fuelpump should work.
The Inertia switch is a safety device and can trigger when a door or hatch is closed hard enough to simulate a crash. You also can have a Relay in the Powerbox which may be labeled. Try the Inertia switch first and if it does not help, then change the Fuelpump Relay.

Hi, This could be a sign of lack of oil in the axle, if you could just check that out first & refill the axle that may fix problem. Should that not solve problem I think if you drive it home carefully it should hold out enough to get you home. Please leave me feed back: Malcolm Campbell, Thanks.
