AS FOR YOURPROBLEM WITH YOUR QIL LIGHT ON AND LEAKING OIL. 1 - CHECK YOUR ENGINE OIL TO SEE HOW LOW IT IS ON THE LIO STICK, IF IT IS LOW ADD OIL. 2 - CHECK YOUR OIL PAN FOR LEAKS, SOMEONE COULD HAVE LEFT THE OIL PLUG LOOSE AND CHECK YOUR OIL FILTER TO SEE IT MAY BE LOOSE. REMEBER LOW OIL WILL GIVE YOU A OIL PRESSURE LIGHTAND THE OIL LEVEL SHOULD BE CHECKED REGULARLY. HOPE THIS WILL HELP, HAVE A GOOD DAY - COLBY

The blower resister can be bad. The high speed relay is fine since that works

Both being locked, would make me think the brake hose is bad. replace that or both calipers.

Not really a job for a non-mechanic. Column covers off, switches out of the way, wiring disconnected, column dropped down under the dash, bolts chiseled out, big job.

Age of the vehicle life of parts are not forever

Rocking it back and forth will sometimes release a jammed steering wheel. It happens sometimes if the key is removed too quickly and the wheels are not straight. You should check the internet to see if your car is one of the many that have this problem and that have a recall issued. MAny GM and Saturn models have stuck keys, etc.

I would check the idle air control valve before replacing anything.The computer regulates the idle speed by controlling the amount of air entering the intake thru the throttle body.The valve could be faulty, or the throttle body can be gummed up.Is the check engine light on ?

You don't need a diagram. o2 sensors are always located on the exhaust manifolds and 1 after the catalytic converter

Idle Air Control is on the throttle body itself, small barrel shaped. Can be cleaned if carbon build up on the pintle is the problem.

Is your transmission fluid low? Check that first. If that is ok, then it sounds like you have internal transmission problems. Always start simple, it's less expensive.
