If the fuses are OK, are ypu check the "brake switch"? This, generally is in back-side of the brake peddal and its possible that need some adjust.

Without Speed Control
(see Figure 1)

1. Loosen the switch-to-pedal bracket screw and slide the switch away from the pedal arm.
2. Push the pedal down by hand and allow it to return on its own to the free-hanging position. Do not pull it back!
3. Slide the switch towards the pedal until there is a gap of 0.140" between the plunger and pedal arm.

The pedal must not move when measuring the gap.

1. Tighten the switch screw to 82 inch lbs. Recheck the gap.

With Speed Control

1. Push the switch through the clip in the mounting bracket until it is seated against the bracket. The pedal will move forward slightly.
2. Gently pull back on the pedal as far as it will go. The switch will ratchet backwards to the correct position.

Keep in mind that the FLASHER for Turn Signal is located in fFront seating area, center, under dash, driver side of glove compartment, mounted in fuse block; you has two, other for the Hazard Lights.

could be a bad pickup coil in distributor or a bad ignition module
hold dist. end of coil wire near like 1/8 inch away from engine block. turn key on ond off while watching for a spark. if you see one then i would try a pickup coil first
also make sure dist turns when you crank it

step1 in the service manual states check levels first then make sure the shift linkage is good end to end, then scan the pcm for TCM errors. using a real scan tool OBD2 USA and more, lots more, check fuses? to the service manual pump; pressure tests PRNDL pressures each?

Hello. The positive polarity (+) color wire for the fuel pump on your Dodge truck can be any color except black. The negative polarity (-) color wire is, usually, black. Those 2 main fuel pump wires are a thicker gauge than the other wires. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.
