I once had a 302 ford van that ran really bad going up a hill and I thought the transmission was dying. Turned out that my catylitic converter had broken apart and clogged so the truck wasn't exhausting at all. This will make a vehicle hard start and run bad, so make sure you feel the exhaust for pressure. Seems silly, I know but I've been there.

Well diesels are known to be cold, I would chack out your fuel filter and fuel pump to see, if they are good or not.

Yes, Check connectors for corrosion or scuff Crankshaft Damper with sandpaper or emery cloth. The problem on the Damper is similar to the problem on lawnmower engines, they rust and sometimes its enough to prevent picking up a position on the crankshaft.

Not real familiar with your Chrysler product for cam sensing.

Also go to Autozone.com and register your truck for free wiring and Relay box diagrams. You may have a dead Relay for the ECM or Ignition circuit. Check for power to coil.

I have the same issue on a 94 B250 - replaced ECM, cam and crank sensors - still only coil primary with initial relay cycle, then nothing during crank. Was told ECM needs signal from cam and crank to send primary to coil. Very confusing - all wires connected.

The warning lights mean there should be a trouble code stored in the body computer. I would start there.
When the ABS system is inop it may prevent the cruise from working too. Sometimes a hydraulic brake system failure will turn the ABS light on too. After repairs you would need to scan the system to turn the light off with most vehicles.
Are the brake lights in the rear of the truck staying on ?

The clutch in your Ram is hydraulic and it is not adjustable, it automatically adjusts for wear, so in your case the problem is this, you need anew clutch and pressure plate kit installed.
