Where do i find free wiring diagram for the tail lights and plate lights?

I hope you can read wire colors, sometimes the diagrams are hard to read. Also, autozone.com has free wiring diagrams. You have to register your vehicle, it's free. Then click on vehicle repair guides, find the link for wiring diagrams. Also, bbbindustries has free wiring diagrams. 25436307-crmzqrz2rklne0mg4w1ift5m-3-0.jpg

1999 dodge ram van turns over but will not fire.

I would consider the control module and/or the pick- up coil in the distributor.

1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Rear End problems

Hello, well you can look at it in a few different ways. Like you stated you can get a rear end from a salvage yard and not know what you are getting, you can spend some big bucks to get a new rear end, or you can get it rebuilt. I feel getting it rebuilt will be the better option. If you get it rebuilt you will have new parts in the rear end and know what you have verses the cost of a new rear end. This of course depends on how much damage there is in the rearend. Economically I feel that having it rebuilt is the best option. I always get nervouse when putting in any used part because you don't know what you are getting. If you do get it rebuilt make sure they put in new bearings which any reputible shop should anyways.

I have 1995 dodge ram 3.9 liter that you have to hold gas pedal to the floor to even move, truck doesn't stall like normal fuel pump trouble.Any idea?

I recommended checking fluid level in trans. first. If that's good try starting the vehicle and shifting from forward to reverse and giving it a couple seconds and either gear so that the trans can prime its self. Last resort drop the pan and put in a new filter and fluid.

Obd not responding

The scanner you are using might not be the correct protocol. Two factors will show if your vehicle is definitely OBD II equipped: 1) There will be an OBD II connector 2) There will be a note on a sticker or nameplate under the hood: "OBD II compliant". The Connector Pin 2 - J1850 Bus+ Pin 4 - Chassis Ground Pin 5 - Signal Ground Pin 6 - CAN High (J-2284) Pin 7 - ISO 9141-2 K Line Pin 10 - J1850 Bus Pin 14 - CAN Low (J-2284) Pin 15 - ISO 9141-2 L Line Pin 16 - Battery Power The big scanner consoles include the decoding software and firmware for all five protocols in their units, making them universal. Less expensive units, for home or small shop use, are usually customized for a specific communications protocol. Be sure the scanner you are using suits the protocol of your car. As a rule of thumb, GM cars and light trucks use SAE J1850 VPW (Variable Pulse Width Modulation). Chrysler products and all European and most Asian imports use ISO 9141 or KWP2000 circuitry. Fords use SAE J1850 PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) communication patterns. All 2008 and newer year vehicles use CAN. On 1996 and later vehicles, you can tell which protocol is used by examining the OBD II connector: J1850 VPW --The connector should have metallic contacts in pins 2, 4, 5, and 16, but not 10. ISO 9141-2/KWP2000 --The connector should have metallic contacts in pins 4, 5, 7, 15, and 16. J1850 PWM --The connector should have metallic contacts in pins 2, 4, 5, 10, and 16. CAN --The connector should have metallic contacts in pins 4, 5, 6, 14 and 16. >
