Comressor wont turn on in dodge truck
If there is an insufficient refrigerant charge in the system, the pressure switch will prevent the electric clutch from engaging. Of course, any interruption of power to the clutch circuit will have the same effect. Check for open fuses or fusible link in the harness. You will have better luck probing into the insulation somewhere in the middle of the circuit. If no 12 VDC is present - you know the problem is closer to the fuse block; if it is present you know the problem is closer to the A/C's clutch. Keep splitting the distance in the circuit between 12 VDC and nothing to zero in on the location of the problem.Good luck!

Check your brake fluid level. If that is low, add the correct fluid. If it is okay and the brakes seem to be working fine, you likely have a bad sensor in the system. You will need to have a scan tool hooked up to the truck to identify which is the bad sensor that needs replacing. It can also occur if a sensor has a bad wire or bad connection.
