The serpentine belt diagram is usually under the hood on the radiator support. If it's not available you can figure out the routing with the following information. (1) the belt will wrap nearly all the way around each pulley; it will not merely wrap around a small area of any pulley. (2) The ribbed side of the belt will go into grooves on the pulleys, and any pulley without grooves is driven from the back or flat side of the belt. The tensioner pulley is almost always smooth and driven on the back side of the belt. Hope this helps.

It will have to be towed to the dealer and reprogramed. Call first to see if they still have the software to do it.

There should be a "cold" mark on the dipstick attached to the bottom of the cap, or a "cold" mark etched into the side of the reservoir. Fill it to this mark, cycle your steering wheel a few times, far left to far right, then check it again. When the fluid is stable at this mark, you're done.

You didn't tell us what vehicle you have but i'll assume it's the same as your brother's car. Assuming you don't have a check engine lamp on, plugs are gapped correctly and don't have any other problems, start by warming the car to operating temperature. Disconnect the negative batt terminal for a few minutes and reconnect. Start the car and let it idle for a minute or two, put it drive and allow to idle. Go for ride and evaluate. You may just need to relearn the base idle strategy. If you had the battery disconnected for any reason this could cause the concern you listed. Good luck.

Hello i have a 1995
First make sure the thermostat was replaced correctly according to coolant flow (usually the "cone" side facing up). You may have a bad water pump or the cooling system may need a good flush. If you notice any coolant leaking from the bottom of the water pump it will need replaced.

Given the age of your vehicle and that you do not see any fluid loss, the most likely reason for the brake peddle act this way is because of an internal leak in the master cylinder.
The master cylinder has a piston the operates the brakes when pressure is applied from the peddle. Basically, this piston provides and maintains the fluid pressure because of rubber "O" rings or seals. If the seals are going bad (due to age and wear) the fluid will bypass the piston but still stay in the cylinder and reservoir.
The master cylinder can be rebuilt or new one cost $65-$120 depending on if you have anti-lock brakes. Here is a link to a supplier (with part photos)

I have a 1994 ford thunderbird with no dash
If it is blowing the fuse, you should have some damaged wires along that circuit. The only way to know for sure is testing all the wires. Did it damage the fuse housing? When you replaced the new fuse, did they come on for a second or does it blow them imeediately?
