Relay makes buzzing noies
This is usually a sign that the contact points in the Relay are bad and the Relay needs replacement. Another problem can be the wiring to the Relay no longer connects a terminal to the Relay. The Relay would not lock or stay engaged and the Coil inside the Relay would buzz because it can not connect and engage the magnets inside the Relay coil.
I need a schematic for the rear brakes on an F150

The rear drum brakes:
- Have internal shoes that expand against the brake drum (1126).
- Are a single-anchor type.
- Are actuated by one rear wheel cylinder (2262).
- Have two pistons in the rear wheel cylinder (2261). One exerts force against the upper end of the primary shoe; the other exerts force against the upper end of the secondary shoe.
- Adjust rear brake shoes and linings (2200) automatically.
- Need manual brake adjustment if the adjusters are not operating properly or after the rear brake shoes and linings have been replaced.
When the brake pedal is applied, hydraulic fluid pressure forces the pistons in the rear wheel cylinder outward, moving the rear brake shoes and linings against the brake drum.
The rear drum brake system includes the parking brake mechanism. Refer to Section 206-05 .
I have a 1997 ford f150, my air conditioning vents
Do all of the speeds on your fan still work? If not the resistor probably needs replacing. On a 2001 f150 its located behind the glove compartment. If it is bad buy one with a pig tail, very often the connectors melts.

Can some one tell me the torque spec. on rear pinion nut ?
It depends if you are replacing the pinion seal or fitting up a whole new pinion collapsible spacer. If it just the seal that you are replacing then the tension will be to do the nut up until it is firm. Any over tightening of the nut will further collapse the spacer and over preload the bearings . If you use a new spacer then the tension on the nut is determined by a turning torque on the pinion flange as measured by a spring balance and string. To get it right consult a workshop manual.
How do I change settings on the ford vehicle security system?
The EASY thing to do is stuff the speaker (under the hood) with a rag, and tape it in place. Quiets it right down.
Or shut down the security system altogether, bypassing its wiring.
Unless you live in a pretty bad neighborhood, nobody's likely to steal a 17-year-old regular-cab half-ton two-wheel-drive pickup.
How to jump a starter relay
Turn the key to the run position and then use a screwdriver to connect the two posts on the starter relay...will start the vehicle.
