Heater on ford ka 2002 only blows cold
Unlikely to be a fuse, as the blower motor is working.
Check coolant flow to the heater is OK. The coolant on/off tap may not be operating correctly.
If all above checks ok, check heater core or connecting hose is not blocked.
Not getting fuel to motor. i replaced my fuel pump and filter but still nothing. i check the fuse and that's fine as well, is there something I'm just missing
1. You should check that the fuel pump is actually running. Have someone turn the ignition on and then off a few times while you listen with the fuel cap off the tank filler tube. The pump should run for 3 seconds and then stop each time the ignition is turned on. If you cannot hear the pump then you need to check both the fuse(which you say is OK) and the relay that covers the fuel pump circuit. The relay should click when you turn the ignition on and off. If it does not you need to replace it as no power will get to the pump.
2. If that all checks out OK have a fuel pressure check carried out. Any mobile mechanic can do that for you. It is possible there is a problem with the fuel pressure regulator retarding fuel flow to the engine.
99 ford taurus starts up but doesnt drive more than 10 miles per hour and temperature starts to rise
maybe a coolant thermostat that is faulty, a collapsed or perished hose..
It could also indicate cylinder head gasket/cylinder head problems.
Ten miles is about the correct distance for a car engine to reach normal operating temperature. If your temperature gauge continues to rise beyond normal ..ie. overheating .. you risk causing a lot of damage to your engine.
If you're not sure what to do or look for - get somebody to check it out for you
