Heaater blows hot air all the time even with air-conditioning set to cold at the end of last summer, after using my air conditioning, it just stopped working!! it only ever blows out HOT HOT heat. i can put the settings on air or heat, on 60 degrees or 90 degrees and it just blows really hot air! and i dont how to go about fixing the problem.
Your problem is a faulty heater control valve. The design used on these vehicles allows for hot water to flow constantly and compete with the evaporator as there is no blender door. You have to replace the valve and possibly the control head. Meanwhile, you can bypass the valve to have cold air

Okay, I have a few relays that I don't know what they control.
Three large relays (F0AB-14B192-AA) have come from a relay box located beneath the driver's side dash board (above the fuse box, next to a large white box that I am assuming is the GEM).
7 relays- one large (F0AB-14B192-AA) and six smaller (F57B-14B192-AA) that have come out of a relay box mounted next to the battery (driver's side). This is where the CCRM would be in a Gen II 1996 or 1997 model year. From 1998-2001 Ford replaced the CCRM is the Power Distribution Box and this relay box.
Relays that I know I should have, but seem to have literature to tell me where to find them:
High Speed Cooling Fan
Horn
So I have 10 Relays, and I don't know the purpose of them. Any information would really help because I can't find the information on the relay box, the Owner's Manual, or the Haynes' Manual (I'm even looking at the wiring diagrams and they're showing the CCRM- mine would be different because the Fuel Pump and the Lo Speed Cooling Fan are both in the Power Distribution Box). Please help!
I may have the Ford wiring diagram for this car. If interested, let me know and I will look. $10 if I have it.

transmission front seal leaking what it cost to repair
if it is the front seal, you did not indicate whether manual or automatic, but the seal is generally 15-20 bucks, its the labour time that costs the most, my suggestion is if its manual, possibly think of doing the clutch at the same time, or if its automatic, having a tourque converter service as well
