2004 f150 codes 2197,2195. changed all 4 o2 sensers,mass flow senser fuel pressure 39-43. still stalls
Codes indicate; Both sides of the Engine are running lean. Your fuel pressure reading indicates; Fuel pressure is way too low should be about 48 pounds Min to Run correctly!
Check voltages for 13.8-14.5 Volts at the battery while running and about 12 volts+ at the Fuel Pump Fuse, Check for fuel line leaks starting from fuel tank (Most likely won't find any), Next should Replace the fuel filter in this case regardless of what you find (Check for leaks before and after replacement), Next Replace the fuel regulator (Check for Fuel and Vacuum leaks) and finally Replace fuel pump.
However, other opinion are as follows;
What causes the P2197 code?
O2 sensors create a rapidly oscillating voltage signal based on the amount of oxygen in the exhaust stream. The voltage signal ranges from 0.1 volts to 0.9 volts. This oscillating voltage takes place in a matter of milliseconds and should never maintain a constant voltage. This code states that the voltage is not oscillating and is being held high indicating a lean condition in bank 2.

RADIO WON'T TURN OFF WHEN KEY IS TAKEN OUT OF IGNITION
sounds like you have a door ajar switch bad. spray some PB BLASTER lube available at parts store on the driver door latch assembley soak the latch assembley really good then open and close door 10 to 15 times and see if radio goes off.
No power to the fuel pump
Your inertia switch is located in the right hand kick panel at the top, hard to reach with panel on, you can check it to see that it is in fact pushed in, but they sometimes burn out in this position, try using a jumper wire across the connections of the inertia switch and see if your pump runs, if so replace the switch, try the same for your ranger. Hope this helps, let me know
Looking for location of expansion
Your 2004 F150 uses what's called orifice with is located in the condenser to evaporator line. with Is the smaller line between that condenser to the evaporator. The location can be determined by the slight indentation in the line. thanks for using fix ya let us know how we did
2004 f150 fuse location in engine cavity
Look for a box under the hood. It should be over a wheel well, or next to the fire wall. Once the lid is removed there will be a diagram of the fuses... Also check the main fuse box under the dash, might be there, but not likely.
My 04 buick rainier has the auto headlight system.
.
The problem with the headlights is a common one and it is in the low beam relay.; In the under hood fuse panel, locate the HDM relay, swap this relay with the FAN relay next to it. If the lights stay on, replace the relay. This is a solid state relay, so make sure to get the same part number.
2004 f150 Right cam ********.Engine rebuilt. New
Ihat a Dealer could do. would go back to rebuilder. This sounds like Electronic controls are not regulating base warm rpm. There is usually a slight adjustment in the "throttle position sensor" which has a slotted side and a stationary pivot point. You won't get much, maybe 50 to 75 rpm but if both attaching bolts are loosened and the TPS is moved along the slotted end, it may be enough to help.
There are some electronic adjustments or even a re-flash to factory specs that a Dealer can do. Really do not want to bring bad news, but Phasars for camshafts are fed by oil journals which make Phasars work. If passages are not equally clean, then Phasars will adjust differently on each cylinder bank. Higher rpm means higher oil pressure
