Reprogram your fob . get in truck lock doors by door switch put key in turn to on position but not start 8times you should hear door locks cycle you are now reprogrammed this should take care of it if not reset computer .remove positive terminal from battery touch to ground but not negative post reconnect you are reset

could be electric window motor on its way out.

check oil level ---yes it can but tapping noise can be a lot more reasons --worn oil -low oil pressure--low oil level--rocker loose-worn or damaged lifter-worn damaged valves --timing chain --water pump--pulley --really anything can cause a tapping noise --try to isolate the area or sound and diagnose problem

auto transmission -check the reverse servo/ solenoid operation manual transmission--check for loose selector fork for reverse , broken selector fork, stripped reverse gear, reverse gear key failure

The firs thing you need done is t have a fault code test run on the transmission control module. But it likely you have a transmission that may have to be rebuilt in the end, but get the testing done first. Also check to make sure the fluid and filter has been changed at least every 60,000 miles.

If your talking about OD, still going down hill with no gas pedal applied. It won't. This would be normal because TCC lockup applied runs off the TPS and MAF sensors also. If on level ground and it does work I would look to the MAF sensor. Cleaning it first can help, but they have been know to be out of perimeters and not throw a code.
