The a/c noise is either the clutch going bad and slipping which is very common on the V10. When its slips its not pumping, a clutch kit can be bought at any parts house for around $45-$50.00. About 30 minutes to put on. The other is a pump bearing going bad, which isn't a quick fix and needs the whole pump replaced, if that's the case always replace a new dryer when replacing the pump,, I would put money on the clutch...

Check fuel pressure at the rack and at the pump unit.

There is a 10amp fuse for the gauges and the circuit that turns on the alternator. I think the fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box but your owners manual would tell you for sure.You need to know if that circuit has power with the key switch on.The wire going from the fuse to the instrument cluster is red and yellow and the wire between the cluster and the alternator is lite green and red.

Sounds like moisture got to the injection system. Put some good fuel treatment in along with more gas and it should take care of it. Also, check air filter for restrictions. Sometimes rodents build a nest in the filter box.

You probably have an air leak in the fuel line. Air bubbles rise to the top-most area of the tubing and form a "vapor lock" . Find the leak, stop the problem! IT's probably a loose connection somewhere.
