Sorry you feel that way about ford dealer's . I work at one ,have for 15 years . And they don't just want your money , where do you people come up with this junk ? Your wasting your own money buying parts you don't need ! Buy parts other then ford OEM parts is not to bright either . Having the correct diagnostic tool's an factroy training makes us your best choice . And it's not EAC ,it's ETC - electronic throttle control . And there isn't a 2004 fusion . Did come out till 2006

sure it isnt the door seal use sikaflex 252 on both sides of that joint ..(hardware builders supply store) unless you can find a ford letter headed recall on that exact issue i doubt you will get anything wont hurt to write a letter /email to ford including vin number and pictures of the area

You may have torn the splinds on the drive shaft at the gearbox end.Remove and check.If there ok then the diff is your problem and its incased in the gearbox housing.

its a code number on the back of the radio and it starts with a M ,the radio just pulls out with a special tool U shaped that pushes into the little holes ,you will need two of these then post the radio number on here and i will generate it for free

Open driver door,look on end of dash where door closes,you will see a fuse panel cover,just pull it out,the fuses are numbered,look for the cig lighter see number,look in fuse box find num,pull out fuse see if blown.look on back of cover,it will tell you which one you looking for,they are numbered.
